After logging in, the driver app must remain open and in the foreground for the duration of your shift. Otherwise, you may not receive information on ride requests in time or there may be problems with booking requests.

For the login you need the product ID, your login name and your personal PIN. You receive this information from your operations manager.

The product ID (1) is the term used for the company you are driving for. In our example, the product is called "ioki learning", the corresponding product ID is "LEARN".

Your user name (2) can be assigned individually. Our driver is Marie Curie, her user name is "mariecurie".

The PIN (3) is your individual password. It is created once when your account is created. Please remember the number and do not give it to anyone else.

Once you have filled in all the fields, press "Login" (4).

Connect the Vehicle

Map Connect vehicle

At the top left on the map view you find the menu (1) and at the bottom the button "Connect vehicle" (2). Press this button to confirm that you are now in this vehicle.

A window appears in which you can enter the licence plate number (3). Confirm your entry (4) and the vehicle is connected. You return to the map view.

The Tasklist

After the vehicle is connected, the shift start must be confirmed. The shift start is a task, just as all other actions are tasks. Examples are shift start and end, pick up and drop off of a passenger, pause start and end. Even though the tasks taken together are one action, the beginning and end must each be confirmed as an individual task. You will find these tasks in chronological order in the task list.

To call up the task list, click on the menu (1) in the top right-hand corner. The next task is also displayed in a small tab (2) at the bottom of the screen. In the example it is the end of the shift at 8 pm.

In the second screen you see a task list with a pending booking, pause and pre-bookings. All tasks are listed in chronological order. You can expand the individual tasks to see details.
